Rev Robin Dillon has been serving as lead pastor at Lakewood United Methodist Church since July 2021. Pastor Robin was born and raised in Philadelphia, and upon completion of
her undergraduate degree in education, she taught in the Philadelphia Public School System for seven years. Prior to receiving her call to pastoral ministry, she also worked in
business in corporate training and management roles. After competing her Master of Divinity at The Methodist Theological School in Ohio in 2010, she served churches in Wyandot, Wayne and Medina Counties before coming to Lakewood.
As an Elder in the East Ohio Conference, Pastor Robin serves in several conference leadership roles including the Dean of the East and West Ohio Clergy Licensing School, the Conference Board of Ministry, and chairwoman of the Northern Waters District Committee on Ministry. Pastor Robin is a gifted teacher and storyteller who uses humor to encourage others on the journey and has led many retreats and workshops on spiritual disciplines. She loves to laugh and can play a mean game of cards! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and cruising.
