Supplies4Success

Now in its 8th year, the Supplies4Success drive through the Lakewood Schools Foundation has provided support for thousands of Lakewood families over the years. Karen Lee, coordinator, wanted her words shared with you: We are extremely grateful for the years of support LUMC has given to this project. LUMC donations  are part of the bedrock of this drive and we are grateful each year for your generosity. You all have truly made a difference in the lives of children and families in our community.
 

There will be a bin in the Welcome Room throughout August until Labor Day Sunday for the following items:

  • Pocket Folders

·         Pencil Box/Pouch
  • Notebooks/Paper

·         Backpacks
  • Dividers

·         Colored Pencils
  • Tape

·         Highlighters
  • Pen/Pencils

·         Dry Erase Markers (Expo)
  • Erasers

·         Rulers
  • Markers/Sharpies
  • Scissors (pointed)

·         Composition Notebooks

·         Post It Notes/Index Cards
 
Cash or check donations (payable to LUMC, Supplies4Success noted) are always welcome! These are often used to buy bigger ticket items throughout the school year. Guidance counselors for grades K -12 distribute the supplies to those in need.
